David was filling  in a CV on internet and they asked him to describe himself so he selected character traits on internet and copied some of them. He wrote he was adaptable, adventurous, ambitious, analytical, attentive to detail, cautious ( cauteloso, precavido) , clear-thinking, conscientious (concienzudo), consistent, and discreet. Then he thought it would be better to use others that would fit the volunteer job abroad he was after,  like,  good-natured, likeable, methodical, open-minded, outgoing , practical, reliable, resourceful, sensitive, and tenacious (tenaz) . Finally he decided to include a sentence or two to say he was NOT  risk-taking, not difficult to get on with, not too meticulous, not immature, not depressive and most of all, not tactless (sin tacto) given he was likely to be working with under-privileged people.  He sent off his CV. He was looking forward to a spell (period of time) in India and wondered if he would be called to an interview.
